About the job
Working in open prison means accompanying and guiding people in challenging life situations calmly and professionally in their daily work. As a Farmer specialising in crop farming, you take responsibility for the entire crop farming operation and the professional guidance of assigned individuals.
Your tasks
- You participate in correctional work with the aim of successful reintegration of the assigned individuals.
- You are responsible for storing and retrieving raw products in the cold rooms, sorting and equalising tasks, as well as monitoring the technical equipment.
- You actively work in fodder and arable farming, forest utilisation, hedge maintenance and farmyard manure management, ensuring professional processes.
- As a key contact person, you accompany the assigned individuals at work, conduct qualification discussions, prepare assessments and contribute to efficient operational management.
- With regulated working hours, you contribute to a stable operational process and good cooperation with all specialist areas in correctional services.
Your profile
- You have completed training as a Farmer EFZ.
- You bring several years of professional experience in agriculture and are willing to complete training as a Correctional Services Specialist, which we will support you with.
- You quickly grasp agricultural and operational contexts and make decisions analytically, interconnectedly and proactively.
- You work confidently with digital systems and have good IT user skills.
- Good communication skills, strong social competence and a professional approach to closeness and distance characterise you.
