Field of Work
During your apprenticeship, you will work in one of the seven districts of the Civil Engineering Office of Graubünden.
As an automotive mechatronics technician, you perform system and function tests as well as simple diagnostic work on passenger and crew vehicles. You repair engines, drives, chassis, and electronics. You independently carry out service and inspection tasks. You test fuel injection systems using special devices and perform system adjustments and brake measurements, and check electronic components of the chassis, e.g., brake assistants. In the area of troubleshooting and repair, you diagnose malfunctions and search for and fix causes, test driver assistance, infotainment, hybrid, and electric drive systems, and replace defective components.
