What is my role?

Our client is looking for a specialist in legal matters, compliance, data protection and data security with solid knowledge of Swiss law; these tasks await you:

• Planning the compliance and data protection strategy & implementation within the team

• Conducting legal risk analyses as well as identifying compliance and data protection risks

• Taking specific measures to reduce risks and implementing them

• Contract management

• Adhering to regulations and implementing internal corporate policies in the area of compliance and data protection

• Conducting employee training on compliance, data protection and legal topics

• Internal contact person for legal matters, compliance and data protection, including coordination of external legal issues

• Communication and exchange with international locations worldwide on compliance and data protection topics

What do I need to be successful?

For this position you bring:

• Completed commercial or technical basic training

• Ongoing or completed further education (FH, HF) in law or compliance

• Professional experience in the international environment of an industrial SME, ideally in medical technology.

• Confident knowledge of Swiss laws and regulations

• German and English at least C1 level, French skills are an advantage
