- Support the Equal Opportunities Office in research and implementation of diversity projects
- Participation in the core Diversity group
- Strengthening exchange with and among students
- Co-design of activities to empower students
- Coordination and planning of events
What you ideally bring
- Completed Matura or vocational Matura, enrollment at HKB (at least BA2)
- Knowledge in the areas of equal opportunities, diversity, or inclusion
- Independent and reliable working style, ideally experience in project work
