What you bring with you
- You have completed vocational training in the pharmaceutical industry or healthcare and have good knowledge of medications. If you already have experience in customer service, this is an advantage
- You enjoy making phone calls, are responsible, communicative, and keep a cool head even in busy situations
- You are eager to work and have a precise, solution-oriented, and efficient working style
- You are familiar with common MS Office programs and have had some contact with SAP, which is an advantage
- You can express yourself precisely in German and French
- You are willing to work flexible shifts to ensure optimal customer care: Monday to Friday between 07:30 - 19:00 / Saturdays 8:30 - 13:30
