ASSISTANT ARTISTIC AND/OR ACROBATIC GYMNASTICS COACH
Nations Campus – Sports Department (ECA)
Support the development and technical progress of our students within a dynamic and international gymnastics programme.
In brief:

- Hours: Wednesdays from 12:45 to 15:15 and one Saturday out of two from 09:30 to 11:00

Why this role is important:
As an Assistant Gymnastics Coach, you play a vital role in the motor development, self-confidence, and discipline of our students. Within the Nations Campus, you support the head coach to provide safe, motivating, and high-quality supervision. You help each child progress at their own pace while conveying the values of perseverance and enjoyment through sport unique to Ecolint.
Your role and responsibilities:
- Assist the head coach in leading and supervising weekly gymnastics training sessions (artistic and/or acrobatic).
- Participate in organising dynamic, fun, and age- and level-appropriate sessions.
- Contribute to the annual planning of activities and monitoring of students’ progression goals.
- Opportunity to supervise and coach our teams during events or sports competitions.
- Actively and openly collaborate within the department’s coaching team.
Profile sought:
Skills and Experience
- Youth and Sports (J+S) diploma in gymnastics (preferably artistic or acrobatic) or equivalent foreign qualifications.
- Practical experience in teaching and coaching gymnastics to young people (11 to 18 years).
- Priority will be given to candidates who have already worked in a school environment or have significant experience with young audiences.
- Fluency in French and/or English.
Your personal qualities:
- Excellent rapport with children and adolescents.
- Energy, patience, rigour, and a strong sense of safety on apparatus.
- Team spirit and flexibility to cover Saturday morning sessions.
