Client Advisor / Representative 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Responsible management and professional supervision of complex construction projects as a representative of the client, focusing on SIA phases 3-5

• Expert moderation and well-founded commentary on project progress in decision-making bodies as well as active participation in accompanying groups

• Ideally, you bring experience in supporting competition procedures according to SIA 142-144 as well as in client activities in SIA phases 1+2 - however, this is not a mandatory requirement

• Active involvement in acquiring new clients and business development

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed university degree in architecture or spatial planning

• Passion for architecture as well as proven experience in demanding and exceptional project developments

• Sound knowledge in the application of relevant PQM instruments for planning and realisation processes

• Strong ability for interconnected and structured thinking, clear communication skills, and high team and cooperation capability

• Strong sense of responsibility combined with assertiveness and persuasiveness

• Confident handling of modern ICT infrastructure and digital working tools
