In the Directorate of Nursing, Therapies and Social Work, we are looking for a
at the Lenggstrasse Zurich location starting March 1, 2026, or by arrangement

Your tasks
- Professional, structural, strategic, financial and personnel management of the Occupational Therapy department with 22 employees
- Ensuring competent and high-quality patient treatment by the occupational therapy staff in the areas of adult, geriatric and child and adolescent psychiatry
- Ensuring the professional development of occupational therapy services and concepts
- Continuation and consolidation of the ZEPS implementation in inpatient work
- Collaboration with the specialist teams in the Therapies and Social Work area as well as the interprofessional treatment teams
- Participation in cross-departmental project and working groups
- Ensuring and guaranteeing the qualitative and quantitative training mandate in cooperation with the Competence Center for Education
- Occupational therapy patient treatment as needed and capacity allows, especially in the context of representing absent team members
Your profile
- Recognized training as an occupational therapist FH (MSc preferred) with SRK recognition for foreign applicants
- Further training in Leadership & Management, at least CAS level
- Resilient personality with several years of leadership experience
- Solid occupational therapy expertise as well as evidence-based practical experience preferably in the field of psychiatry
- Value-based, responsible and entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Independent, efficient and service-oriented working style
- Innovative, conceptual thinking as well as constructive, goal-oriented implementation skills
- High organizational and coordination skills and process-oriented approach
- Very good communication skills as well as oral and written language proficiency
