Residential Group Leader Psychiatric Care / Gerontopsychiatry | 80 - 100%

- Responsibility for leading a residential group with around 17 residents and 17 employees as well as trainees
- Participation in the development of the new "Erlenhaus" a residential group with 40 beds focusing on gerontopsychiatry

You are
- Trained at tertiary level (HF, FH, AKP, DN II)
- Experienced in leadership and equipped with leadership training (CAS or similar)
- Professionally experienced in psychiatry, gerontopsychiatry or acute somatics
- Motivated to support residents with complex care and support situations
- Flexible, confident and solution-oriented
- Upbeat, communicative and an asset to the team
- Confident in handling PC applications
