In our Backoffice Leasing department, we are involved in the entire process of a leasing transaction. We are responsible for all contract processing, support the management of the leasing portfolio, and serve as contact persons for various external and internal customers.

We are currently looking for a working student for a temporary position from now until the end of the year.

Your tasks

You ensure the processing and administration of all leasing transactions, taking into account quality and legal standards
You support the management of the leasing portfolio from contract creation to the expiration of leasing contracts
You are the contact person for customers, customer advisors, and suppliers regarding processing and legal questions as well as contract design
You advise important partners by phone and partially in person

Your profile

Bank apprenticeship or equivalent basic training
Experience in the financial sector and interest in the leasing business
Availability soon from now until the end of the year
Service and sales orientation
Solution orientation and persuasiveness
Good communication skills in German (spoken and written), French and/or Italian are an advantage
Openness to new things and affinity for digital developments
