PROSE is one of the leading companies in Europe in the field of Mobility Engineering. We are an international team that implements projects "from A to Z" in the areas of rail vehicle retrofits, the development of new vehicles, subsystems and components, as well as technical consulting.

Our goal is to shape the mobility of tomorrow. For this purpose, we are looking for a Senior Consultant Rolling Stock (60-100%) to support us at the Bern or Winterthur location in achieving this goal. Creative, motivated and resourceful – we are looking for a self-organised and communicative personality to complement our team.

As a consultant, you are responsible for small and medium-sized projects and mandates in the mobility sector primarily towards our customers at home and abroad. This includes supporting sales during the acquisition phase, ensuring successful project management and quality assurance throughout the vehicle lifecycle (development, operation & maintenance, modernisation). Depending on experience and personal inclination, you lead small and medium-sized project teams in our consulting focus areas of strategy, procurement, approval, signalling and ATO, development, maintenance or modernisation.

You have proven experience in the rail industry and would like to expand this thematically.

Technical university degree with several years of practical experience in the development or operation of rail vehicles, business management training is an advantage.

Excellent knowledge of German (native) and fluent English. Ideally also French and any additional foreign language is an advantage.
