About the job
Your Tasks
- Collaborate in the implementation and further development of compensation processes, especially in salary rounds, variable compensation, as well as selected processes for physician and executive compensation.
- Support in job evaluations, salary comparisons, and in reviewing job classifications and compensation standards.
- Assist in the creation and updating of policies, process descriptions, work tools, and internal C&B tools.
- Preparation, analysis, and quality assurance of compensation data as well as the creation of regular evaluations and reports from SAP HCM.
- Take on administrative tasks in the area of benefits and participate in projects to optimise, standardise, and digitalise our C&B processes.
Your Profile
- Commercial basic training with further education in HR or finance, business administration training at HF/FH level, or a comparable qualification.
- Initial professional experience in Human Resources Management, payroll, HR controlling, finance, or another numerically oriented environment.
- Very good Excel skills and enjoyment in working with data and systems; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
- Precise, analytical, structured, and reliable working style as well as a high quality and sense of responsibility.
- Team-oriented, service-minded, and discreet personality with an interest in further professional development in the field of Compensation & Benefits.
