MISSION CONTEXT
As part of the development of its industrial activities, our client is looking for several project manager profiles to lead product industrialization or production means investment projects. These missions take place in a demanding, structured environment focused on operational excellence.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage industrialization or investment projects while respecting internal processes, technical standards, and budgets.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders (design office, methods, production) and external ones (suppliers).
- Document industrial scenarios and technical solutions.
- Monitor schedules, identify risks, and implement action plans.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement and the capitalization of best practices.
- Ensure regular reporting (quality, costs, deadlines, risks).
PROFILE SOUGHT
- Engineering degree (HES, EPF or equivalent) in mechanics, microtechnology, or production.
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in industrial project management.
- Strong knowledge in product/process industrialization or acquisition of industrial equipment.
- Mastery of PLM tools (Windchill, etc.) and ISO-GPS standards (geometric tolerancing).
- Excellent communication skills, natural leadership, ability to unite teams.
- Autonomy, rigor, analytical mindset, and sense of responsibility.
ADDITIONAL ASSETS
- Experience in the watchmaking sector or in a high-precision industrial environment.
- Ease in managing supplier relationships.
- Ability to thrive in a structured and demanding environment.
