About the job
Caretaker 100%- Operation and monitoring of building technical systems (heating, air conditioning, ventilation, etc.)
- Execution of general building maintenance
- Coordination of maintenance and service work
- Carrying out minor repair and maintenance tasks
- Ensuring waste separation and disposal
- Participation in conversion and renovation projects
- Quality control of cleaning services as well as accompanying third parties (e.g. suppliers)
- Performing additional services and deputising for the property manager during absences
- Completed training as a building services specialist EFZ or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in building maintenance or a similar role
- Good user knowledge of MS Office
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
- Structured, clean and independent working style with high accuracy
- Organisational strength as well as solution-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking and acting
