To complement our team, we are looking for a
F&B Manager (m/f/d) 100% in a permanent position.
This is what you can expect from us:
As a warm host personality, you are responsible for all operational and administrative processes in the gastronomy sector. You have a strong focus on quality at the front and the leadership and development of the team. Your daily example and enthusiasm motivate your team to achieve peak performance.
In doing so, you pay attention to the implementation of the concept, in addition to adhering to quality standards, also to the economic requirements.
With great joy, you maintain individual guest contact and are also strongly present as a host at the forefront.
Your tasks include creating duty rosters and maintaining the cash register system, as well as controlling and ordering.
Main tasks:
- Operational leadership of approximately 30 employees in the restaurant and bar
- Active participation in the restaurant and bar
- Staff planning and training of all employees
- Continuous monitoring of service quality and quality standards
- Responsible for polite and courteous guest care
- Compliance with hygiene regulations according to HACCP
- Taking on the role of team leader
- Overview of budget, purchasing, and goods costs
This is what you bring:
- Completed hotel management school or similar training, as well as several years of professional and leadership experience in a comparable position.
- Passion for culinary arts and service quality – you inspire guests and motivate your team.
- Structured, independent, and results-oriented working style as well as pronounced organizational skills that can be applied in various areas of responsibility.
- High quality awareness, a pronounced sense of order, and a role model function in everyday operations.
- Strong communication skills, team ability, and a positive demeanor.
- Willingness to work flexible hours (including weekends and holidays).
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken, additional languages are an advantage.
- Confident handling of MS Office.
