ICT and Sustainability Coordinator (80-100%)

What can you expect?

ICT Area (approx. 90%)

• Ensuring smooth IT operations at all locations
• Central contact person for all IT and EDP topics
• Providing 1st-level support
• Setting up, supporting and managing workstations including installations, activations and system maintenance
• Interface to Porsche Informatics as well as to external IT service providers
• Responsibility for IT projects and support during system implementations
• Participation in process optimisation and maintenance of documentation
• Taking on administrative tasks such as budget control, ordering and inventory management

Environment and Sustainability Area (approx. 10%):

• Support in implementing the sustainability strategy of Porsche Holding Salzburg
• Coordination and accompaniment of sustainability projects and measures
• Collaboration with internal and external contacts on environmental and sustainability topics
• Creation and further development of relevant environmental and sustainability reporting

What distinguishes you?

• Completed training as an ICT specialist, media technician, computer scientist or a comparable qualification
• Strong IT affinity and interest in digital technologies and processes
• Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form; knowledge of French and/or Italian is an advantage
• Independent, responsible and reliable working style
• High team spirit and discreet personality
• Strong service orientation, hands-on mentality and enjoyment in supporting users in everyday IT
