- Managing user onboarding and offboarding processes
- Training end users in digital collaboration tools
- Implementing new solutions according to defined architectural guidelines
- Participating in operational projects within the IT environment
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 collaboration tools necessary
- Experience with Power Platform and identity management advantageous
- Strong service orientation and end-user support skills required
- Very good German and English skills are expected
- Collaboration in a service-oriented and technology-affine team
- Operational involvement in the implementation of innovative digital solutions
- Opportunities for further training in Microsoft technologies and collaboration tools
- Varied activities between support, projects, and user support

- Handling support requests for Microsoft 365 applications- Managing user onboarding and offboarding processes
- Training end users in digital collaboration tools
- Implementing new solutions according to defined architectural guidelines
- Participating in operational projects within the IT environment
Profile
- Completed IT education with relevant IT support experience required- Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 collaboration tools necessary
- Experience with Power Platform and identity management advantageous
- Strong service orientation and end-user support skills required
- Very good German and English skills are expected
