About the job
From mid-August 2026, we are looking for several committed and proactive teachers in the Business (Business and Law as well as Business and Digital) department. You will be deployed in both competency areas (Business and Law as well as Business and Digital). A confident handling of digital tools and their targeted use in teaching is therefore essential.
You will accompany and support our learners in vocational education and training as well as in the vocational baccalaureate at the Wetzikon and Uster locations.
- You impart knowledge in the subject of Business and/or the corresponding area of action competence (commercial apprenticeship EFZ) and accompany our learners on their path in vocational education and training with and without vocational baccalaureate 1.
- In our modern learning environment, you develop and implement creative and future-oriented training concepts.
- You promote the social development of our learners and support them in their professional and personal development.
- With your enthusiasm for the subject, you inspire the learners and motivate them to reach their full potential.
- You have completed a degree in Business (major) and the corresponding teaching diploma or are still in training to become a teacher.
- You enjoy inspiring young people and motivating them with new ideas.
- You are creative and enjoy developing and applying innovative teaching methods and have a high technological affinity to effectively integrate modern tools and digital media into teaching.
- Your social skills help you to promote the personal development of the learners and to support them individually.
- Initiative, team spirit, and a sense of responsibility characterize you.
