- Independent supervision and operation of modern production plants
- Responsibility for a smooth and trouble-free production process
- Monitoring of production processes and quality requirements
- Carrying out machine changeovers, settings and adjustments
- Ensuring consistently high product quality
- Detecting and resolving minor faults during ongoing operations
- Control and documentation of production data
- Provision of raw materials and production supplies
- Coordination of internal material flows
- Participation in maintenance, cleaning and repair work
- Compliance with all safety, quality and production guidelines
- Completed basic technical training (e.g. polymechanic, production mechanic, automotive specialist, automotive mechatronics technician or comparable)
- Experience in industrial production is an advantage
- Technical understanding and interest in modern manufacturing processes
- Enjoy working with machines and technical equipment
- Independent, reliable and precise working style
- Team-oriented and responsible personality
- Willingness to work shifts (2- or 3-shift operation)
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written
- Basic knowledge of computer systems
