As Project Manager Network Construction, you are responsible for the client-side project management of line and substation projects for our customer in the field of energy transmission. You lead interdisciplinary teams, manage external partners, and ensure timely, cost-efficient, and high-quality project implementation.

Your main tasks
- Overall responsibility for client-side project management of network construction projects (lines and substations)
- Coordination and optimisation of assigned projects while adhering to schedule, cost, and quality targets
- Leadership of the project team including external planners, service providers, and suppliers
- Assumption of entrepreneurial responsibility from project phase 31 to 53 according to SIA 112 performance model
- Ensuring management system-compliant implementation of occupational safety, health, and environmental protection
- Continuous monitoring of interim goals, budgets, and progress with a focus on independence and learning effects within the team
Your profile
- Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, civil engineering, or business
- At least 5 years of experience in managing large infrastructure projects (preferably energy transmission / network construction)
- Sound knowledge of the SIA methodology and the SIA phase model
- Competence in planning, designing, and realising energy generation or energy transmission facilities
- Strong leadership and communication skills – also towards non-specialist audiences and the public
- Experience in delegating tasks and promoting independent teamwork
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, SAP, and common project management tools
- Strong social skills, solution orientation, and entrepreneurial thinking
- Languages: German or French native speaker and good knowledge of the other language, English (advanced)
