A job package that is impressive

Work and vacation
PAID BREAK
15 minutes per half working day.
PAYMENT OF 13TH MONTH SALARY
in two halves, in June and December.
VACATION

Benefits during illness or accident
SICKNESS DAILY ALLOWANCE INSURANCE
in case of illness, our employees receive 100% of the salary in the first month and from the 31st day 80% of the salary paid, for 730 days or until the possible entry of IV benefits.
ACCIDENT SUPPLEMENT
our employees receive 100% of the salary in the event of an accident and are privately insured. The premium for the accident supplementary insurance is paid by Haus Tabea.

our pension fund offers the possibility to choose between three savings plans. Haus Tabea, as an employer, makes savings contributions at the highest savings level.
NO COORDINATION DEDUCTION
we make a high savings contribution for our employees. The entire salary sum (annual salary & service allowances) is insured and the usual coordination deduction is not made.
