As a Headhunter - Senior Consultant / Partner, you strengthen advisca's positioning as an "Executive Search Boutique" and thus actively contribute to the further successful development of the company.
You are there whenever and wherever the client needs you – and continuously expand the client portfolio in your market area based on our top reputation.
You are responsible for optimal client consulting – support from definition to implementation of the search strategy. You lead the final interviews and act as a sparring partner for clients even beyond the mandate completion.
