For our Basel branch, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed and responsible individual as
Regional Manager Northwest Switzerland 100% (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities include:
- Leading the mandate managers and sales support of the region
- Responsibility for sales, profit, and growth of the region
- Achieving sales and budget targets
- Analysing market and competitive developments
- Comprehensive advice and support of our customer portfolio
- Expanding existing customer relationships and acquiring new corporate clients
- Discussing offer comparisons, creating and conducting risk analyses, presentations, and contract optimisations
You bring with you:
- Insurance specialist with a federal diploma or an equivalent qualified further education (registration with FINMA is required)
- Proven expertise and experience in brokerage
- Several years of experience in a leadership role
- Convincing demeanour, engaging personality, and enjoyment of customer contact
- Customer orientation and a strong service mentality
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Independent working style as well as good organisational skills
- Fluent German in spoken and written form; French and/or English skills are an advantage
