About the job

For the production kitchen at the headquarters, we are looking for a
Supervisor & assistant in production in our large kitchen for various operations from 1 September 2026 or by arrangement
Responsible for the production of daily business in the cold kitchen
Co-development & preparation of products for daily business
Instructing & guiding people at the supported workplace
Administrative tasks
Completed training as a cook EFZ with several years of professional experience
You are flexible, spontaneous and solution-oriented
With your high social competence and your calm, patient manner, you succeed in working with people at the supported workplace
Advantageous: experience in working with people who are particularly challenged for psychological reasons
Regular working hours (Monday to Friday), exceptions on special occasions
