Polymechanic - CNC Manufacturing for an Exciting Company!

• Programming, setting up and monitoring CNC machines and production equipment
• Creating and optimising CAM programmes as well as continuously improving manufacturing processes
• Ensuring and validating defined production processes and new process steps
• Manufacturing prototypes as well as small and medium series
• Conducting quality controls according to GMP guidelines
• Supporting general quality assurance and production monitoring
• Programming and operating laser machines and sandblasting equipment
• Contributing to the further development and optimisation of production workflows
• Implementing and adhering to quality requirements according to ISO 13485 and MDR
• Performing maintenance and servicing work on machines and equipment

• Completed training as a polymechanic EFZ, production mechanic EFZ or comparable mechanical basic training
• Experience as a CNC mechanic is an advantage
• Knowledge in CAM programming as well as experience with Fanuc controls
• Solid knowledge in machining technology
• Experience in the medical technology sector is an advantage
• Independent, structured and efficient working style
• Analytical thinking skills as well as pronounced problem-solving competence
• High quality awareness and technical interest
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
• English skills are an advantage
