About the job

At Labour Market Integration Winterthur (AIW), we support job seekers on their path to employment in the primary labour market or vocational training. Integration is achieved through education and application training, combined with intensive coaching. Would you like to accompany programme participants in the Adult Practical Deployment department as an intern and gain insight into the field of social work? From 1 September 2026 or by arrangement, we offer a fixed-term internship of 6-12 months in a highly motivated team.

Your Tasks

Accompanying programme participants in their job search and education

Supporting professionals with administrative tasks

Interdisciplinary collaboration within the team and with internal specialists

Your Profile

Interest in helping people improve their chances in the primary labour market
