In this role, you will :
You will be involved throughout the entire product lifecycle: design, prototyping, industrialization, manufacturing transfers, and ramp-up phases. You will ensure compliance with the company’s ISO-certified Quality Management System, customer requirements, and applicable regulatory standards.
WHAT YOU WILL DO IN YOUR ROLE
Quality Assurance – Product & Process Development
- Participate in functional analysis, PFMEA, design reviews, and project gate validations
- Prepare and follow qualification plans, qualification tests, and performance validation activities
- Support supplier selection and qualification processes
- Define product surveillance plans and inspection procedures
- Prepare Quality documentation (FAI, PPAP, QAPP, and related reports)
- Support process implementation, production transfers, and industrial ramp-up
- Train operators and technicians on quality standards, processes, and procedure
Quality Management System
- Perform internal and supplier audits
- Manage documentation (creation, proofreading, revision control, archiving)
- Prepare and support ISO certification audits
- Monitor CAPA and ensure their effectiveness
- Contribute to reporting and monitoring of Quality KPIs
Group Support
- Provide assistance to subsidiaries and group entities on Quality and HSE topics
- Participate in new ISO certification projects and continuous improvement initiatives
THE EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS YOU WILL BRING
Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electronics)
You bring at least 5 years of experience in Quality within a similar role, ideally in a demanding environment such as Medical Devices, Nuclear, or Aerospace
Strong knowledge of Quality tools : FMEA, CAPA, 8D, FAI, PPAP, QAPP, etc.
Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and PLM systems
You understand how products are developed, qualified, and brought into production
You can communicate clearly in French and English (level B2), both spoken and written
