Administrative Officer
Administration | Hochdorf | 60% - 80% | from 01.03.2026 or by arrangement
Your tasks
- Responsibility for the company's administration
- Hub function with a wide range of tasks around all administrative topics
- Handling employee administration (entries, changes, exits)
- Management of main and donation accounts as well as invoicing for customer orders
- Close cooperation with the company manager and departments
- Participation in the organization of events, sports courses and educational offers
Your profile
- Commercial basic education EFZ with initial professional experience
- Enjoyment in dealing with people with disabilities
- Organizational talent, networked thinking, independent and reliable working style
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and common collaboration tools
- Winning and positive mindset in collaboration
