Join our team as a e-Channels Service Centre 1st Level Front & Client Advisor.YOUR TASKS
First contact for Private Banking clients and external asset managers regarding Julius Baer e-Channels tools
Processing and responding to oral and written enquiries from clients and internal client advisors in German, English and Spanish (preferably Italian and/or French)
Analysis and resolution of problems, communication and maintenance of the knowledge database
Daily documentation and management of all enquiries in the designated ticketing system including pending item management
Active participation in optimisation and further development of operational processes in the Service Centre
YOUR PROFILE
Completed commercial apprenticeship, preferably at a bank, or school-leaving certificate (Matura)
Good banking knowledge as well as interest and understanding of financial products are prerequisites
Several years of experience as a 1st Level Call Agent at a financial service provider or in Private Banking
Confident German, very good English skills, preferably Italian, Spanish and/or French spoken and written
Communication talent and confident conversational skills; effortless handling of conflict situations; targeted and efficient communication
Willingness to work in shifts (operating hours 08:00 – 20:00)
User knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and MAC OS
Online and technical affinity (Internet, Mobile & PC support), general technical understanding
Accurate and efficient working style
Resilient and able to work under pressure
Team-oriented personality, always focused on internal as well as external clients
