Customer Success Support
Abrantix AG, headquartered in Switzerland, is an international provider of payment software and technologies. Through our software ReconHub, our customers can fully automate the reconciliation of payment transactions of all kinds and post them to financial accounting.
We are an innovative and open-minded team with a high level of technical and accounting understanding and skills. Our goal is to ensure that ReconHub functions to the complete satisfaction of our customers.
You will strengthen our Customer Success ReconHub department in Zurich and Munich.
You are the first point of contact for our customers' questions and keep an overview of open customer inquiries. Additionally, you support the team in implementing new projects.

- You process and resolve support requests at the 1st level.
- You keep an overview of all support requests and regularly check them.
- You conduct training sessions on-site or remotely with customers.
- You execute data orders and check them in ReconHub for completeness.
- You support our customers and the internal team in configuring ReconHub.

- You have completed training in a commercial or technical field.
- You have very good knowledge of and interest in common Windows applications.
