Head of Garden Department (m/f/d)

Mission

Manage and organise the Garden department with customer satisfaction as the top priority
Advise expertly, make the store attractive and ensure a neat presentation according to our internal concepts
Ensure product availability, plan and implement promotional activities for the department
Analyse key figures, take appropriate measures and ensure optimal resource planning within budget
Lead a small team by setting clear objectives, fostering motivation and developing each member's skills

You have a strong interest in sales, good commercial acumen and aspire to a position of responsibility
You ideally hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a horticulturist, landscaper or recognised sales training, along with proven experience in a similar role including team management
You demonstrate strong organisational skills, a high sense of responsibility and are in good physical condition
You exercise natural and motivating leadership, facilitate contact and communication, and promote team spirit
You are fluent in French, both spoken and written, comfortable with common IT tools and flexible to meet customer scheduling needs
