ABOUT US
With our services, we care for over 400 clients daily. Our goal is a high-quality outpatient hospital care under the motto "Help for self-help" – individual, respectful, and on equal footing.
We now work in small care teams (2–3 people) and specifically strengthen the psychiatry department.
OUR OPEN POSITION
Dipl. Psychiatric Nurse HF/FH with Case Management (60-80%)
YOUR TASKS
As the case-responsible psychiatric nurse, you accompany clients holistically from admission to discharge.
- Clarification of the need for psychiatric treatment and basic care as well as on-site support
- Coordination and organization of care in collaboration with your team, doctors, and other specialist offices
- Instruction, coaching, and advising team members as well as relatives
- Varied activity between direct care and administrative work
- Active promotion of self-determination, individuality, and well-being of clients
WHAT YOU BRING
- Sympathetic, open, and committed personality
- Enjoyment of independent work and teamwork
- Motivation to take responsibility and contribute your own ideas
- Interest in personal and professional development
- Positive attitude towards digitalization in healthcare
- Confident handling of MS Office programs
- At least 2 years of professional experience in psychiatric nursing
