Project Manager Classified Machines 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• You are responsible for project management from order receipt to project completion

• You ensure that cost, schedule, quality, and factual objectives are met

• You lead projects requiring particularly precise project, customer, and regulatory documentation

• You coordinate customers, suppliers, authorities, and internal departments

• You work closely with purchasing, engineering, production, test field, and quality assurance

• You plan your projects in MS Project and keep them continuously updated

• You oversee customer acceptance and keep an eye on quality notifications

• You support the continuous improvement of existing processes to meet the requirements of classified machines and nuclear projects

• You take on claim management and manage your projects proactively, calmly, and in a structured manner

• You work in an environment where technical specifications, contracts, and documentation obligations demand the highest precision

What do I need to be successful?

• You have experience in project management of special machines in the classified sector, ideally in the nuclear industry

• You have a technical degree or further training in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable field

• You possess very good technical understanding and can confidently conduct complex technical discussions

• You work exceptionally cleanly, structured, and are strong in documentation

• You maintain an overview even with complex requirements, regulatory specifications, and many interfaces

• Quality management experience or experience from highly regulated industries such as aviation, automotive, or medical technology is an advantage

• You are strong in communication and can explain complex requirements clearly

• You speak German and English fluently

• You are an experienced project manager who remains calm even in demanding situations
