Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Director of Revenue Management & Reservations, you will work as a Junior Reservations Agent within a team of three and be a true ambassador of the luxury service offered to our clientele.
Your daily tasks will be as follows:
- You manage reservations by telephone and email, in accordance with the current pricing policy.
- You are responsible for creating an authentic, informative, and personalised booking experience by accurately entering client details.
- You are able to respond to client enquiries regarding room bookings, availability, general accommodation questions, prices, and special offers.
- You ensure that all financial and billing transactions are executed accurately and efficiently on behalf of clients.
- Work closely with the Front Office teams.
- You handle the processing of booking confirmations, modifications, and cancellations.
- You advise clients and promote the various hotel services through upselling methods.

Qualifications
- Experience: You hold a diploma from a hospitality school and have initial experience in a 5* / Palace establishment.
- Personality: A service-oriented mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a good team spirit are the main qualities sought for this position.
- Languages: Must speak, read, and write French and English. A third language would be a plus.
- Availability: From 15 June 2026, with a work schedule including every other Saturday.
