tasks

• you actively participate in exciting real estate projects, from design to building application
• you plan multi-family houses with 3 to 8 residential units including detailed execution planning
• you also contribute to the planning of wall greening solutions indoors and outdoors as well as innovative green roof projects
• you regularly exchange ideas with specialist planners and ensure the planning basis in BIM
• you implement the projects one after the other and only have one project running at a time
• you also take on project planning and accompany the projects with professional expertise
• the workload can, depending on your preference, be between 80 and 100%

requirements

• you have a completed degree as an architect ETH / FH or an equivalent qualification
• you also bring experience in design planning, building application, and project processing up to realisation
• good knowledge of Swiss building standards is required
• do you also consider yourself a competent, cooperative, and well-organised professional?
