About the job

At the Wallisellen school, around 1,750 children and young people are taught by around 220 teachers in six school facilities and in various decentralized kindergartens. The school offer is complemented by school- and family-supporting day care with lunch service.

For the largest school unit of the city of Wallisellen, the Alpen school, with 500 students and 80 employees, we are looking for a successor as of August 1, 2026:

Co-Principal

with a workload of 80-90%

These tasks await you

• Operational management of the school with 23 classes and 80 employees
• School development and quality assurance
• Networking, coordination and communication internally and externally
• Participation in various school committees, especially the SLK

• Completed training as a principal or willingness to train
• EDK-recognized teaching diploma or comparable qualification
• Leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate your team
• Strong communication skills and high social competence
• Goal-oriented, systematic planning and organizational skills
• Humor and creativity
