As Head of Asset Management Operations Services, you are responsible for the operational excellence of our Operations organisation. You ensure a stable, efficient, and regulatory-compliant operation and effectively drive transformation and optimisation initiatives forward.

What you achieve

• Leadership and further development of the Asset Management Operations teams
• Overall responsibility for efficient, stable, and regulatory-compliant Operations Services
• Management of KPIs, service levels, risks, and controls
• Governance and management of external service providers, custodian banks, and brokers
• Further development, standardisation, and automation of operations processes; leadership of transformation and change initiatives
• Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders as well as reporting to senior management

What you bring

• University degree in finance, banking, business administration, or comparable education; additional professional qualifications are an advantage
• Several years of leadership and management experience in the asset management operations environment
• Sound knowledge of asset management operations, operational risks, controls, and regulatory requirements
• Proven success in transformation, digitalisation, and automation
• Experience in managing external service providers and complex stakeholder structures
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and communication skills
• Inspiring leadership personality with strong implementation skills, entrepreneurial thinking, and change competence
