• Handling the entire ordering process: from requesting offers, through negotiations, order entry and delivery date monitoring to checking analysis certificates and invoice control
• Independent demand determination with assigned suppliers or according to specifications
• Communication and maintenance of relationships with existing suppliers as well as evaluation of new sourcing options
• Monitoring procurement quantities and costs
• Control and maintenance of article master data in the ERP
• Processing complaints in case of quality issues
• Close cooperation with internal departments such as distribution, marketing, production and sales
• Participation in trade fairs and supplier visits
• Involvement in purchasing projects as well as cross-departmental projects

• You have a commercial or scientific education, ideally supplemented by further training in the commercial field, and have already gained several years of professional experience in a comparable position.
• You work independently, goal-oriented and think entrepreneurially.
• You convince with negotiation skills and assertiveness.
• You are proficient in MS Office programs and ideally have experience with MS Dynamics.
• You are communicative, eager to learn and decisive.
• Ideally, you bring knowledge in the pharmaceutical field and GMP experience.
• Your confident German and good English skills (at least level B1) complete your profile.
