For our client, an established consulting company specialising in digitalisation in the public sector and healthcare, we are looking for a committed individual as an IT Consultant ECM.
In this versatile role, you will support customers in the technical implementation of modern Enterprise Content Management and Document Management solutions. You will take responsibility from technical conception through implementation to operation, thereby making an important contribution to the successful digitalisation of demanding organisations.
- Technical implementation of customer requirements as well as parameterisation and customising of existing systems
- Analysis of technical requirements and development of sustainable solution concepts
- Integration and further development of existing applications and interfaces
- Operation, maintenance and support of the implemented solutions
- Conducting workshops and providing technical advice to customers
- Close collaboration with interdisciplinary project teams and external partners
- Support during commissioning and ensuring stable application operation
- Several years of experience in the implementation and support of ECM, DMS or comparable business applications
- Sound knowledge in server administration, IT architectures and SQL databases
- Experience with scripting languages for adapting and extending standard software
- Ideally knowledge in input management, document management or workflow solutions
- Structured, solution-oriented working style and enthusiasm for technical challenges
- Confident manner and enjoyment of direct customer contact
- High willingness to travel within Switzerland
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
- Versatile tasks with high personal responsibility and scope for design

Profile
- Completed degree or comparable training in computer science or business informatics- Several years of experience in the implementation and support of ECM, DMS or comparable business applications

- Ideally knowledge in input management, document management or workflow solutions
- Structured, solution-oriented working style and enthusiasm for technical challenges
