Your area of responsibility
- Ensuring the order processing of all projects of the Projects business unit within the professional, technical, and financial specifications from A to Z in the Zurich region with the locations Volketswil and Wädenswil
- Ensuring efficient resource and project planning of own personnel as well as subcontractors
- Implementing goals and KPIs regarding productivity, quality, and profitability
- Active collaboration and continuous development of the execution organization with supervisors and the team, also supra-regionally and interdisciplinary with other professionals
- Personnel leadership and management in all matters

What you bring
- Commercial or technical basic training with business management further education
- Experience in project management as well as several years of leadership experience
- Market and industry knowledge in the construction-related trades required
- Authentic and integral appearance in line with the company, leadership, and behavioral principles
- You act as a role model for your employees and lead them according to our values and business KPIs
- Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
- Confident handling of relevant software (Microsoft suite)
