Project Manager: Construction Project Management 100%- Independently managing construction projects from planning through implementation to final accounting
- Clarifying requirements and advising the client including support during the change process
- Fiduciary duties for the clients such as schedule, cost and quality monitoring
- Order and contract management, work and warranty acceptance as well as reporting
- Maintenance and development of customer relationships
- Technical training with further education or studies in one of the following areas: architecture, construction, electrical or heating-ventilation-air conditioning-refrigeration-sanitary
- Experience in managing and executing projects
- Confident German as well as English and French skills are an advantage
- Strong communication skills, service and customer orientation
- Independent and goal-oriented working style with pronounced organisational skills
