We are looking for an experienced Innovation Project Manager to join our dynamic team. You will manage innovation projects from concept to implementation, driving our vision forward and ensuring successful execution.
This role can be based in any of our main Fragrance and Beauty sites globally and you report directly to the Head of Operations Innovation Fragrances and Beauty.
In this exciting role you will:
- Project Management: Oversee innovation projects for Fragrances Operations, guiding them from opportunity definition through to implementation. This includes developing business cases, defining project scopes, and managing pilot programs.
- Methodology Development: Enhance our innovation methodology to support technical development projects, using frameworks such as Stage Gate, Lean Startup, and Agile for both Proof of Concept and development projects.
- Resource Coordination: Allocate resources and set up cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Progress Monitoring: Manage the development process and monitor the progress of ongoing projects, ensuring agreement on our goals.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive project design and execution documents, along with detailed task-level project plans to coordinate with external partners and our teams.
- Collaboration: Work with project team members to identify our requirements and technical solutions, promoting a collaborative environment.
- Feedback Utilization: Capture and analyze feedback to identify opportunities for iteration and improvement.
Your professional profile includes:
- Master's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of solid experience in project management within a structured technology delivery environment
- Experience with product development involving mechanics, software, and electronics design
- Expert with project management frameworks and tools, with expertise in Design Thinking, Lean Startup, and other innovation methodologies.
- Proficient in stage gate project management methodologies
- Experienced in facilitating workshops with partners across multiple departments and hierarchies
- Passionate about innovation, entrepreneurship, and delivering growth
- Motivated to challenge assumptions and traditional ways of working
- Business Fluent in English and open to travel internationally
