The ResAL (Lémanique Animaleries Network), a network organized by the academic institutions of the cantons of Vaud and Geneva (École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne, University of Lausanne, Vaudois University Hospital Center, University of Geneva, and Geneva University Hospitals), is looking to complete its team with a:

Start date: immediately or to be agreed
Contract duration: permanent
Activity rate: 50%
Workplace: UNIL-Epalinges
Your Activities
In your role, you will be particularly responsible for:
• Ensuring the secretariat, administrative tasks, and organization of Module 1 courses and continuing education courses
• Participating in the management of ResAL funds
• Providing administrative support for ResAL (meeting planning, writing minutes)
• Participating in the visibility of ResAL (website, newsletter)
Your Profile
We wish to hire a person with the following qualities:
• Commercial employee certificate or equivalent required
• Experience in the field of secretariat and management of administrative tasks
• Sense of organization, planning, rigor, respect for standards and procedures, interpersonal skills, cooperation, and good communication
• Ability to work independently
• Proficiency in office tools
• Ability to adapt to new tools and new administrative and IT procedures
• Languages: French and English, good written and oral knowledge
