Senior Manager Transfer Pricing / International Tax (all)

Do you want to actively shape international tax law rather than just manage it? In this role, you will further develop BKW's group-wide transfer pricing framework, design modern processes, and advise on strategic initiatives with international scope.

Your area of impact

• You are responsible for the professional development and governance of the group-wide transfer pricing framework of the BKW Group
• Transfer pricing models for Energy Production, Energy Markets, Infrastructure & Buildings as well as central service functions are further developed, implemented, and monitored by you
• You ensure group-wide transfer pricing compliance with OECD-compliant documentation, intercompany agreements and policies, as well as value creation, functional, and risk analyses
• You provide tax expertise in a consulting capacity for strategic business initiatives, reorganisations, acquisitions, and international expansion projects
• You identify, assess, and manage transfer pricing risks and support tax and transfer pricing audits domestically and abroad, as well as APA and MAP procedures
• You actively develop tax governance as well as the digitalisation and automation of transfer pricing processes

Your expertise

• Master's degree in Business Economics or Business Administration as well as additional training in tax law, for example as a certified tax expert, or a comparable qualification
• You have several years of experience in transfer pricing within an international group or in a Big Four/tax consultancy
• Sound knowledge of the OECD transfer pricing guidelines as well as international tax and compliance requirements distinguishes you
• You combine your analytical and conceptual skills with a structured, independent way of working
• You communicate confidently with finance teams, management, and tax authorities and are proficient in both German and English
• Your experience in leading cross-departmental projects as well as a strong consulting understanding complete your profile
