Sports and Movement Therapist 10% (or on a freelance basis)

Your tasks

• You independently plan and lead the movement and sports part of our group programme.
• You design varied and age-appropriate movement sessions that promote enjoyment of movement, body awareness, and self-confidence.
• You adapt the exercises to the individual conditions and needs of the participants.
• You create a motivating atmosphere where movement can be experienced without performance pressure.
• You work closely with professionals from psychology, nutritional counselling, and medicine and contribute to the further development of the group programme.
• You take on shifts every second Wednesday afternoon during the school term (16:00–17:30) in the first half of the year as well as three to four shifts in the second half of the year. Additionally, you are on duty three Saturdays per year from 09:00 to approximately 15:00.

Your profile

• You have training in the field of sport, movement, or sports therapy, for example in sports science, movement and health promotion, physiotherapy, or a comparable discipline.
• You have experience working with children and adolescents.
• You work independently, reliably, and respond empathetically to different needs.
• You value interdisciplinary collaboration and actively contribute your ideas to the team.
