Welcome to Aarwangen! The Aarwangen School is located in the Oberaargau region in the agglomeration of Langenthal. We see ourselves as an integrative school. About 520 children are taught in 27 classes of mixed ages, including five kindergarten classes.
Our school is led by a supportive management team. The collaboration between teachers is highly valued by everyone. All classes are supported by IF, DaZ teachers, and school social work.
The Sonnhalde school campus includes four school buildings, two kindergartens, the day school, sports facilities, a swimming pool with a teaching pool, and the auditorium. Three additional kindergartens are distributed throughout the village.

Responsibilities
You will teach on the Sonnhalde campus in the West school building and take on the role of teacher for integrative support in four 5./6. classes. Your workload includes 16 lessons.
You are part of the lean, multi-professional class teams, jointly planning the special support for the class and implementing it as needed and depending on the situation in the class, small groups, or individual settings.
The workdays are flexible.
Requirements
You hold a Master's degree in educational special needs or are on your way to obtaining one.
You are motivated to accompany, support, and promote learners with special educational needs.
You can write subject-specific assessments and reports for teachers, school management, and specialist services.
You are a conscientious, communicative personality and value teamwork.
