Specialist in Finance and Accounting

You don’t just want to process numbers, but understand, improve, and advance them? Then you fit well into our finance team. In this role, you work closely with the CFO and are part of a seven-member team. You take responsibility for your area of expertise, contribute ideas to optimize processes, and participate in the digital development in the financial environment.

Finance & Controlling

• Independent management of financial accounting for individual companies
• Participation in monthly and annual financial statements
• Preparation and review of tax returns and VAT statements
• Support in budgeting, forecasting, and KPI preparation
• Involvement in the further development of financial processes and internal controls
• Assuming deputy roles within the team and possibly supervising commercial apprentices

Digitalization & Processes

• Participation in the optimization and automation of processes in the finance area
• Support in the further development of the Abacus environment and its daily use

• Commercial training with further education in finance and accounting (e.g., professional certificate)
• Experience in accounting or fiduciary services
• Good knowledge of Abacus is an advantage
• High digital affinity and enjoyment of modern working methods
