Role Objective:

In this responsible leadership position, you ensure that people, machines, and materials work together optimally and that production orders are implemented efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality. With your leadership skills, you promote your team, create a motivating work environment, and ensure a smooth production process. Through your active participation and organisational skills, you make a decisive contribution to the sustainable success of the company.

Your Tasks:

• Professional and personnel management of a production team of around 10 employees
• Planning and coordination of the optimal deployment of personnel, machines, and materials
• Monitoring deadlines and accompanying ongoing production orders
• Ensuring efficient, high-quality, and timely manufacturing
• Supporting and promoting employees in their daily work
• Active participation in production when needed

Your Profile:

• Completed training as a joiner with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ)
• Further training in production or leadership is an advantage
• Several years of experience in a comparable leadership role
• Strong social skills and communication abilities
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Resilient, flexible, and responsible personality
