The professional services and various forms of housing are used by up to 330 experienced elderly people. At our two locations Kreuzlingen and Bottighofen, we implement contemporary care and support concepts. We are guided by the principles of family-centered care and palliative care. • Responsibility for the organization and execution of vaccinations (Covid-19, Hepatitis B, flu protection) for residents and employees
• Organization and assistance with laboratory tests in the residential areas, ordering laboratory materials and contact with the laboratory
• Accounting/billing of all internally performed laboratory tests
• Organization, execution and documentation of Hepatitis B titers of employees
• Preparation and support of urological care (DK-/cystofix change) in the residential areas
• Support in the pharmacy area would be desirable: preparing medications in the residential area, medication distribution for the residential areas, including Lobos recording, placing orders with suppliers (including web shop), checking and storing delivered medications
• Preparation, organization and assistance in the implementation of mobile dental care

• Medical practice assistant EFZ or health specialist EFZ with experience in organizing services, or similarly qualified health professional
• Very independent, precise and helpful working style
• Quick comprehension
• Team- and solution-oriented working style with organizational skills and appropriate foresight
• Flair and interest in hygiene
• Very good IT user skills and confident German in spoken and written form
• Mainly assignments will be between Monday and Friday, working hours are flexible to be planned in consultation with the pharmacy team leader; if needed and for holiday cover, some assignments may fall on weekends
