What to expect
- Installation and operation of our business applications
- Support, maintenance and monitoring of Microsoft‑Server‑systems in the application environment
- Operation, maintenance and optimisation of the virtualisation environment
- Responsibility for monitoring, backup and recovery solutions
- Analysis, resolution and sustainable documentation of faults in 2nd‑level support
- Coordination and management of 3rd‑level support in collaboration with external partners
- Active participation in IT projects (introductions, migrations, optimisations)
What you bring
- Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ with a focus on system technology or equivalent training
- Experience in the administration of Windows client-server systems and virtualised environments
- Basic knowledge in the area of web and cloud services
- Ideally practical experience with Citrix infrastructures
- Strong customer and service orientation as well as high social and communication skills
- Independent, structured and resilient working style with pronounced team spirit
- Very good German skills as well as good English skills
